Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.
PMO Role is part of the Portfolio Office within Chief Risk Office (CRO) team responsible for the delivery of the strategic and regulatory CRO change portfolio. The function combines risk expertise with project and change management.
Provision of program Steering Committee and Working Group packs and minutes of meetings;
Management Risk, Issue, Dependency and Assumption (RAID) management and escalation;
Milestone plan management and reporting;
Change Control management;
Program and portfolio financials management and resource planning;
Communication plan management;
Governance process management;
Administration of program;
SharePoint sites Ad hoc governance and working group material
